In August 2023 we were approached by Persimmon Homes who asked if we could assist with selling their properties. We started to advertise their plots at their Ashworth Place, Tithebarn development and we have now gone onto their new Cherrywood Grange, Tithebarn development.

It has now been confirmed there will soon be a Tesco added to the Tithebarn area which is great for people living in the local area.
